Building Communities
One Home at a Time

Empowering ownership. Strengthening communities. Creating lasting impact.

Who We Are

P.A.T.H. Housing Solutions (Progressive Advancement Toward Homeownership) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering families with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to achieve sustainable homeownership.

We recognize that homeownership is not just a financial transaction — it’s a pathway to stability, wellness, confidence, and long-term economic growth. Yet many families who are ready to build that future face barriers in credit, financial planning, career advancement, and access to resources.

PATH bridges that gap. Through guided coaching, structured learning, and community partnerships, we help families build the financial resilience, personal readiness, and long-term planning skills needed to transition from renting to owning — and to maintain homeownership successfully over time.

Our work is about more than keys to a house. It’s about building the foundation for lasting stability, opportunity, and growth.

  • Homeownership Preparedness.

Together, these pillars form a framework that helps families move from renting to owning — and from surviving to thriving.

What We Do

How We Do It

At PATH Housing Solutions, we turn vision into measurable impact through strategic partnerships, data-driven solutions, and human-centered design.
Our approach begins with collaboration. We work hand-in-hand with developers, municipalities, healthcare organizations, and community partners to create systems where affordable homes, wellness resources, workforce opportunities, and financial coaching converge to produce lasting outcomes.

Integration Over Isolation

Align housing, health, education, and employment systems.

Prevention as Policy

Address needs early to prevent crisis and instability.

Data With Purpose

Measure what matters to drive scalable, lasting impact.

Our Impact

At PATH Housing Solutions, impact is measured not just in homes built but in lives changed, health improved, and opportunities created.

By addressing the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) through housing, education, and economic empowerment, PATH helps families achieve stability today and build generational wealth for tomorrow.

At PATH, we’re proving that when housing, health, and opportunity align, communities flourish for generations.

Homeownership & Stability

Families who complete the PATH program will reach homeownership rates well above regional averages, with credit score gains of 50+ points and significantly lower risks of default (HUD). Pre-purchase education and financial coaching create lasting economic security and stronger households.

Health & Wellness

According to the CDC, renters face 27–89% higher odds of chronic illnesses than homeowners. PATH’s model reduces those disparities by linking stable housing with wellness, nutrition, and stress reduction proving that housing is health.

Economic Mobility

Homeownership drives upward mobility. Homeowners experience greater income growth than renters. PATH participants advance careers, grow savings, and reinvest in their futures.

Community Impact

Each new homeowner contributes an estimated $125,000 in local economic activity and supports 3 full-time jobs (NAR). PATH’s model multiplies that impact creating a self-sustaining cycle where every new homeowner helps create the next.

Fists in Solidarity

Who We Work With

PATH partners with organizations that share a commitment to building stable, healthy, and resilient communities. We work across sectors because housing stability doesn’t sit in one lane—strong outcomes happen when municipal leaders, healthcare systems, developers, and community organizations move in the same direction.

Our cross-sector model brings together the partners needed to support families on the path from renting to readiness to homeownership.

Our Partners Include:

  •

PATH partners with cities, counties, and community redevelopment agencies to align housing, health, and workforce goals under one coordinated framework. We help municipalities transform underutilized sites into sustainable mixed-income rental and ownership communities anchored by SDOH-driven prevention, education, and wealth-building pathways. By embedding the Cohort-to-Community™ model into local housing strategies, PATH supports measurable improvements in housing stability, population health, and economic growth. Together, we create public-private collaborations that turn policy intentions into visible, livable impact.

  •

PATH partners with local and national developers to integrate wellness and wealth-building directly into the fabric of their communities. By embedding the 5-Pillars of Personal Success & Development program within existing and newly built rental communities, we turn housing into a platform for wellness, stability, and ownership. Beyond program integration, PATH can also co-develop mixed-income rental and ownership projects, strengthening financial performance by unlocking new capital streams such as CRA, LIHTC, NMTC, and other socially aligned investments.

Additionally, we collaborate with affordable home builders to place our well qualified PATH graduates into new homes as pre-sales, creating a benefit for the developer and a seamless path from tenancy to ownership for our graduates.

  •

PATH collaborates with mission-aligned nonprofits, faith-based groups, and neighborhood organizations that share a commitment to advancing homeownership opportunity. Through our Affiliate Program, these partners join PATH’s mission by delivering the 5 Pillars of Personal Success & Development in culturally relevant ways connecting families to mentorship, education, and local support networks. Together, we build ecosystems of trust and collaboration that extend beyond housing strengthening community identity, amplifying impact, and driving both social and economic growth to ensure transformation happens from within.

  •

Hospitals, insurers, and wellness organizations partner with PATH to move prevention upstream embedding health literacy, nutrition, and care navigation into housing communities.  Through our 5-Pillars framework and Cohort-to-Community™ model healthcare partners can reduce avoidable care costs, stabilize their workforce, and extend their reach into neighborhoods where health begins: at home. PATH creates measurable links between stable housing and improved health outcomes. allowing healthcare systems to translate community investment into documented health impact.

  •

PATH works alongside local economic development leaders, training providers, and financial institutions to help residents convert income and stability into ownership and wealth creation. Through the Career Development and Financial Literacy Pillars, we align with local job pipelines, banks, and credit-building initiatives to prepare participants for sustainable success. Partners gain access to a motivated talent pool, building a bridge from workforce advancement to homeownership while strengthening the economic foundation of entire communities acting as a social and economic driver.
